We purchased this toy for my son's 7th birthday. Let me just say that if "Santa" is bringing this toy to anyone for Christmas, he better allow for a few hours of assembly time! Putting the "headquarters" together itself wasn't a huge challenge, but then, if you want to place the HUNDREDS of stickers to the toy, prepare yourself!! I give the creator/maker of the toy credit for wanting it to look realistic, but COME ON!! Most (about 80%) of the stickers are completely pointless, and there are a few that are near impossible to even place. Then, when you sit back and look at the finished project, you think "really? that's IT?" I HIGHLY recommend that you have 2 people working together on this project. We did, and it took us 4 hours to complete. The instructions for the stickers are more in depth than the assembly instructions for the actual playset. My initial response when looking at the sticker instructions was sheer panic. But, you learn to take them one at a time, and I suggest you mark them off as you go. Believe me....it's ALOT of stickers!!!! After all the hassle of assembly though, he loves playing with it! But as I stated earlier, if Santa is leaving this toy under the tree....he better allow plenty of time!!!!!!

The toy wasn't even at the point where we could put it together when we opened the box. There were parts missing and not assembled, that should have been at the factory and no way to do it at home. Our son saved up his money to buy this for himself and what a dissappointed boy we had! Real lack of quality!!! Such a shame and target made it very difficult to return even though we had the receipt and it was only one day since point of purchase. Again, lack of quality and customer service on this one!!!!

I love this play set it is awesome.. huge... But like the other review that was given before mine you must have lots of time to apply decals.. There are about 800 decals in all and it will take you a long time to apply.. It took for 6 hours to do myself.. But when it was done it was worth it.. I have over 200 figures on it and it looks awesome. :D John Warden from Hasbro did an awesome job designing this.
