Pretty cute little shirt, the heart is made of little soft plastic dots, they glimmer a little, but they're not sparkly.

Sizes are a little small, I got my daughter who normally wears a 3T a 4T, it is still a touch big, but I expect to fit her soon. Cute ruffly skirt plain and of the same color (no hearts on it) matched PERFECT.

Got on clearance in a Target store.
