"there is a touch menu that remains on the screen while you are moving through your pictures."
WRONG: Just press the 'disp' button to remove the menu then slide your finger across screen to forward to next picture :)
"Oh by the way this camera does not have a video recorder like most basic digital cameras."
WRONG: It does have video with sound. Just go to menu click on 'Auto' then click on the 'movie film' symbol.
It will do video at these resolutions:
848x480 HDTV (16:9)
640x480
320x240
640x640 (YouTube mode)
All at 30fps or 15 fps!!!!!!
Oh, it's an awesome camera!!!!!!!!!

I am only 13 and I bought this camera because of its large touch screen. I love all the features and it is really cool that you can do things like write on the screen. I would definitely recommend this camera to beginners and up. It also has a good amount of mega pixels. If you click display twice the on screen settings clear off and you get a huge, clear LCD to work with. You can record videos with the camera also, and it receives your voice great, but I took it to a concert and all you can hear is screeching fans, so if you plan to record events that involve loud, large crowds, I suggest a different camera. Also the screen comes with a plastic cover, but it came off quickly after I bought it and has collect fingerprints that I wipe off daily.

After doing my research, I found this camera to have the most features that I was looking for. I love the larger screen and more mp's then my last camera. It has a rechargeable battery which was worth the extra [..] from the other camera I was going to buy. It takes good clear pictures and has tons of settings. This is my first touch screen camera and I love it. I also like how easy it is to look at the pictures I've already taken and delete them so quickly if I want to. This is a much better camera and it's a great price. Easy to use for beginner's and amateur's. I do recommend this camera to anyone looking to buy something on a budget.

I just bought this camera yesterday and I absolutely love it. The touch screen is just what I had wanted and for the price, I couldn't go wrong. It has all these neat things. I woould definetly uy this camera again.

I have had the camera for less than a week and it has already broke twice. I read the reviews before I purchased it and I thought that the other people that says it doesn't work just had bad luck but I bought it anyways...big mistake. I do not recommend this camera to anyone.

Well i got this great camera July 4,2009.And i dont regret buying it.so far nothing is wrong with it.it has everything i want it to have which is good picture,long lasting battery life,touch screen and takes videos.

I bought this camera to replace my 3 year old Kodak and I am so happy I chose this one. Touch screen is amazing, menu takes a little time to get used to but once you use your common sense to figure out the pictures its easy-peasy.

I bought this camera last week, and it has been amazing ever since! The touch screen is a wonderful feature for the good price.
The only problem I have is that the battery life is short, but that may be just because I used the voice memo and video a lot.
Compared to everything else this camera does, that is just a slight, slight problem.
Also, I ordered this camera and it arrived in four days, very quick compared to the estimated arrival.
As a final thought, all around this camera is amazing. From the touch screen to the color, and from the 10 megapixles to the fun features.
