Though the website says 24.99, I went in to Target today and the skirts were on clearance for 12.48!! can't pass it up! It's really cute and the panel is a very thin/soft/stretchy fabric, so even if you don't like the tight panels or bands, it's comfy, and can be rolled down. I'm usually a size S 2-4, but sometimes wear XS in the Liz Lange line, and the XS fit with a bit of wiggle room to grow.
