Beautiful print- no certificate

For some reason, when I am told one thing and receive something else, it bugs me. The print arrived exactly as described, however:
This "certificate of authenticity" is absolutely nowhere to be found.
Although it arrived in great shape, the packing was quite clearly sub-par and could have easily caused damage to the frame
On the back of the canvas was an inventory sticker, taped on with really strong packing tape-- if was very difficult to remove without damaging the canvas
This is not how the product would have been at the store, so it was not as great an experience as I'd hoped for.
