Based on the photo, I was somewhat expecting the pattern on this dress to be stitched/embroidered. I took a look at it again after placing the order, and realized that may not be the case - it wasn't. It's a print. The pattern is great - you can accessorize with so many color options. Cute contrast stitching around the arms and at the waistband. The size 4 fit me fine - I wear a size 4 in the merona dresses too. For the price ($), I would expect it to be fully lined, which it's not (the top part is but the skirt is not). I would not have paid full price had I seen it in the store, but when it arrived in the mail I was glad to wear it to a gallery opening I was attending that night. It could be worn to work with a conservative cardigan and boots/tights or worn with sandals for a fun summer night out. Very comfortable.

Edit: I wanted to clarify which dress I got since there are several pictured. I purchased the black/purple multi-colored sleeveless dress with the contrast pink stitching.
