I had a chance to check this out at the target pop-up, where they were already out of my size, and it was the only item that didn't look and feel cheap in person. Shoddy construction and flimsy fabric dominate this line, but this top actually looks more expensive than it is.

I worked for anna sui for two years and I would say that this top is indeed similar quality then the origanal was if not better. I had the chance to pick it up myself. The fit is very good and I would recommend tucking it into a high wasted skirt. very nice fabric and color too

I ordered this shirt online because it looks SO cute. When I got it in the mail, I was VERY disappointed. The fabric feels like my grandmother's drapes. It's thin and screams polyester to me. It also looks like a pirate shirt. I am thin, although not petite, but I was still overwhelmed by all that was going on with this shirt - it was just too much between the lace and the puffy sleeves - they seemed much more puffy in person. This shirt is definitely going to be returned. :(
