Players can also track their schedules, progress, and BMI through the innovative "My Diary" feature. With over a dozen real-world exercises and Jillian Michaels' tough love and supervision, Jillian Michaels' Pocket Trainer 2010 helps players develop good habits and provides beneficial advice on Diet, Health, and Wellness
