I just received this fireplace today. The fireplace was damaged in several places...2 in front, 1 on side...and 1 place on the back. The insert was also installed crooked. The ambience is great however and heater seems to work well.... It actually is a nice looking little fireplace but you never know how it will ship....damaged or not damaged.
