This is an AMAZING Little Black Dress!
The fabric of this dress feels very rich and the color is very dark. I don't put it in the dryer to avoid fading and thinning of the fabric.
I am 5'7" and the dress hits me right above the knee. The top is very flattering on my arms which sometimes look pinched in other dresses.
I am normally a size 4-6 in tops and would consider myself a small, but I have this dress in an XS and it fits perfectly... the Small was a bit too baggy.
This dress is a STEAL of a deal and resembles something I might purchase in a higher-end store.
If you are looking for a somewhat trendy dress that can be dressed up or down... this dress is for you!

Bought this from the Target store this week. I almost didn't try it on because I usually wear an XL in tops (being a little busty) but they only had a Large. I was so surprised at how perfectly it fit. I'm 50+ yrs old, almost 5'8" and I usually wear a size 14 blouse but this dress fabric is a little stretchy and the Large fit like a glove; length was just right coming just to the top of my knee. The ruffles are understated and not too ruffle-y! This dress can be worn to work, to church, out to the theater, even semi-formal just be changing accessories and shoes, and adding a wrap or a cardigan. The perfect "Little Black Dress" that will pack nicely without wrinkling. I only own 3 dresses & 3 skirts ... now I have 4 dresses and this one is my new favorite. This dress can probably be worn year-round and by most all age groups. Well worth the money.

Finally got to do some shopping by myself this week with no kids- and this was the dress I went home with! The cut and fabric is very flattering and even better for the ego- it may run a bit generous because I had to go with an XS while all my other pieces from merona are a small or sz 6 bottoms! This dress will be easy to dress up for a date or comfy enough to toss on to run around town. I love it and came online to see it it comes in more colors!
