I have purchased two of these, one in pink for my daughter and this one for myself. I am very satisfied with this mixer and use it several times a week. I have had it over three years and never a problem. Very user friendly and you can eliminate a lot of other clutter by purchasing the attachments which turn it into other appliances. It makes perfect mashies-not like the cuisinart which can turn potatoes into soup if not careful.
