I have this exact mixer and my husband uses it as much as I do. We both love it. We've made everything from meatballs, to waffles, to cornbread, to cakes with it. The cobalt blue is a beauty when its all shined up! Its got plenty of power and because its not the bigger bowl lift model it fits right on the counter (under the wall cabinets) with plenty of clearance. Had it for a couple years now, wish I hadn't waited so long to buy one. Its one of those things that you didn't realize how much you really needed it until you got it and finally used it. I had started making homemade bread for the first time a couple years ago. Its not that hard and its sooooo good. Wow, cooking is so much easier with the right tools.
