My first printer was just a HP printer , This one is a 3 in 1 . Scanning, Printing and copying ability,Images are crystal clear .To scan ,then Email then is a snap.Very satisfied, so don't think, {Don't pay much don't get much} {WRONG} Exceeds my Expectations..............

I just bought this printer tonight (after my less than 3-year old HP Photosmart printer bit the dust earlier today) and when I installed the ink cartridges, I kept getting an error message that the black ink was empty. I also got a message that there was no paper loaded (even though there was). After attempting multiple times to reinsert, I called HP support for assistance. After being on the phone with them for 53 minutes, I was told that they would send me a new black ink cartridge in 7-10 business days. I am very frustrated and am just going to take the printer back and buy a different one. I will definitely try a different brand this time!!

i have been to all our areas target stores and none of them have this item...even though the website says they do...and why do people indicate that you get free shipping when you buy this item and something else that adds up to $.. when that starement is not rue...
