1-Click® Ordering is the fastest, easiest way to place most orders. This convenient tool is turned on immediately after you place your first credit card order. With 1-Click, you can place an order to any address you've shipped to before by clicking just one button. We will automatically reference your account for shipping and billing information.
To save you shipping costs, orders placed via 1-Click within the same 90-minute period are consolidated, first by shipping address and then by availability.
Like any shopping experience at Target.com, using 1-Click is secure. Since we already have your account information on file, no sensitive information is transferred during the 1-Click process.
Promotions cannot be applied to your order when using 1-Click.
Turning 1-Click On and Off
Want to turn 1-Click on or off? Just click “My Account” in the top right corner of any page, then click "View or change your 1-Click settings."
Viewing or Changing Your 1-Click Orders
It's easy to change details for any order placed via 1-Click, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Simply click “My Account” in the top right corner of any page, then click “more details” in the Pending 1-Click Orders section. There, you can change anything about the order, including item quantity, shipping address, shipping method and payment method.
These changes only affect orders that have not yet shipped.
If you want to permanently change your 1-Click settings, visit My Account and click “View Or Change Your 1-Click Settings".
Sending Gifts With 1-Click
Sending gifts with 1-Click is easy. Simply select the recipient’s name from your list of 1-Click shipping addresses, check the “Add gift wrap/message” box, then click "Buy Now With 1-Click".
If the recipient's name is not currently included in your list, select the "Add An Address" option.
1-Click Default Address
When placing your order, you’ll see a drop-down list of shipping addresses below the "Buy Now With 1-Click" button. The address at the top of this list is your 1-Click default address. If you’d like to change the default, simply click “My Account” in the top right corner of any page, then click “View or change your 1-Click settings.”
1-Click Settings
Your 1-Click settings include your preferred shipping method and credit card for every shipping address in your address book.
To access your 1-Click settings, either:
* Visit My Account and click "View or change your 1-Click settings," or
* Look for the "Edit your 1-Click addresses and settings" link in your Cart. This link will appear only if your 1-Click Settings have been activated.
Once you have accessed your settings, you can turn 1-Click Ordering on or off. You can also edit the shipping method and credit card associated with any of your shipping addresses. These changes will take effect on your next 1-Click order.
1-Click Technical Troubleshooting
To use 1-Click ordering, your browser must be cookie-enabled. A cookie is a small data file that websites often store on your computer’s hard drive to help identify your account and make your shopping quicker and easier.
If your browser is not cookie-enabled, or if you are using "cookie-trimming" software such as WebFree, Cookie Cutter, Guard Dog, Cookie Monster or Watchdog, you will not be able to use 1-Click. However, you can still shop by adding items to your Cart and checking out as you normally would.
Shipment Consolidation
We’ll minimize your shipping costs by combining all your 1-Click orders within the same 90-minute period into as few shipments as possible.
Please note: Items ordered via standard checkout will not be combined with 1-Click orders. Your shipping costs will include a fee for each shipment as well as a fee for each item in your order.
You can always view the details of your 1-Click order, including method and cost of shipping, by visiting My Account and viewing your Pending 1-Click Orders.
Using 1-Click at Public Terminals
All transactions on the Target.com secure server are covered by our Safe Shopping Guarantee. However, as an added safety measure, if you are using a public computer terminal or a shared computer, you should turn 1-Click off before you leave the terminal.
