You can return most items ordered online within 90 days from the shipment date. Even if you're returning items to a store, you'll need to visit our Online Return Center to get started. Let us know if the item is a gift so we can send the refund to the right person. If your purchase is eligible for in-store return, you'll be able to print a Store Return Receipt that you'll need to take to the store.

Items listed as "Web only" or purchased from the Amazon.com selection on our site can only be returned by mail. You can print a pre-paid Return Mailing Label by visiting our Online Return Center. Learn more about our Return Policy.
