Great idea, quality issues, way overpriced., March 17, 2009 These are a great help for anyone who has limited mobility and eats while they are seated on a sofa or chair, but we have a couple of problems. The unit itself is very lightweight construction, which often leads it to being knocked backward if the person raises a knee unexpectedly or misjudges while moving it around. If you have a recliner or sectional, you may have a bar in the front of your chair under the foot rest area for support. If you do, then you will have problems using this as you can't pull the table in past that bar.

Excellent idea, horrible quality., March 17, 2009 We used these on a road trip for our girls in a hotel. One of the two mattresses developed a leak the first night. The other one has stood up better but still leaks slowly. The bag part itself is nice, we use an old foam mattress pad inside instead when we need it, but for the original purpose the mattress part didnt last. The bag bottom has also started to unravel in a couple of places at the seams and we have used these a total of 4 times. The foam insert solution works fine, but it goes against the idea of these being easy to store.
Parent's tip: Blow the mattress up half way so it is not firm, then slide it into the bag, adjust the mattress inside and get all the corners in the right place, etc, then finish inflation. Otherwise it shifts around alot during the LONNNNG inflation process. Another tip, keep your kids busy for hours having them take turns trying to inflate this :)

Perfect fit - finally!, March 17, 2009 I have a tall skinny 6 yr old with no hips, and these fit her great!
We grew out of 6's but when we went to a regular 7, the length was there, but the waist and butt were much too baggy and made her look uncomfortable. These are one of a few pairs of jeans she actually likes, and I'm buying a couple more to add to our rotation as the 6's become a thing of the past.

It's Just "OK", but I could do better, July 23, 2007 Pros
- Keeps my girls from killing each other out of boredom on a long car ride.
- Love the remote!
- Picture is clear, sound is nice.
- Easy to install and easy move to between cars if we need to.
Cons
- Does not have an a/c adaptor!! That totally sucks in my opinion. I was hoping to use it on a car trip and in a hotel afterward.
- Does not have 'anti-skip' buffering, or if it does it doesnt work well.
- Batteries NOT included...but there is an 'optional' rechargeable one.
- Does not have a resume feature. So if you need to make a pit stop, the movie will restart from the beginning.
- Cords are WAY too short. I have a minivan and I really could have used another foot-two feet of power cord. The a/v cables that run between the units arent stretched, but I would have liked them longer so I could hide them (my kids started pulling at them as soon as they spotted them.
Overall, I could have done a little better, but it was a 'right price, right time' sort of deal. I am going to be putting it to the test on a 6 hour trip next month and then a 25 hour trip - so I hope it holds up!
