 Whole family uses product, May 20, 2009
My retired parents, my retired aunt and uncle, and my sister all own a total gym. Results have been fantastic. My mother (who bought this from a T.V. ad) went from a size 14 to a size 7, my father went from a size 2XL to a men's size small. This took a summer for my mother and a little under a year for my father. My aunt and uncle who have always worked out have stayed the same size, but have enjoyed the work out they get with it. My sister has been so impressed with our parent's results that she has bought one. I highly recommend this product!
I even use it when my mom wants company working out. I'm very happy to say this product isn't too large for petite people. I'm 4'9 and have no problems using the Total Gym. Unlike equipment at walk-in gyms, the Total Gym is not too large for me to use.
Notes:
The tallest family member who uses the Total Gym is 6 feet tall. I am the smallest at under 5 feet tall. This fits all of us.
My parents use the total gym at least 30 minutes a day along with using a treadmill, other exercises, and continue to use a healthy eating plan.

 Not a bad teapot, February 3, 2009
My mother got this for me as a gift.
Up until recently, I used my little teapot almost daily. Its great for one-person tea steeping. I really like it because its cast iron and can't break. The only down side is the small size was also appealing to my 2 year old daughter. She is now using it to serve tea to her teddy bears!
