Terrible product & customer service, April 27, 2008 I bought this DVD player and it broke after two weeks (and maybe 3 movies). I sent it back under their 90 day warranty and got a replacement [...] Then to our surprise (hah!) the 2nd machine broke on us after just two uses. [...] both machines broke within a total of 5 uses. I highly recommend going with a different brand.
