Good price - poor quality - INJURY POSSIBLE!, March 31, 2009 I used a pair of the 25 lbs SpeedPack weights about 1 hour/week for 2 years until one recently cracked on one end as the weight was raised for a shoulder exercise. About 10 pounds of the metal plates landed on my kneecap! Price is far below Bowflex and PowerBlock alternatives, but so is quality.
