Returned to the best pillow!, July 22, 2009 I used this pillow in the past for a long time. When it aged and needed replacement, I decided to try some other pillows. I tried the shaped foam, both latex and regular and also another pillow with a water bladder that had a molded padding. Nothing has ever been as comfortable. I have cervical spine degeneration and this pillow helps my neck wake up feeling good. One big key indicator to me is how long does it take to get comfortable and fall asleep. With the other pillows I kept repositioning my head. With the Mediflow pillow I easily get comfortable and usually fall asleep within minutes! The padding is soft, but supportive, so I don't feel like it is putting pressure on any part of my head or face. My husband loves this pillow too!
