Poor Quality Zero Stars, April 21, 2007 I purchased this chair in November 2006. I use this chair in an upstairs office and it is used about once a week. I am a small person and only weigh 108 pounds. The other day April 17th, 2007, I noticed that the wooden seat was cracking in the middle of the seat. I contacted customer service and they told me since it was more than 90 days since my purchase date they would not return the item. They told me to contact the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer they stated there is no warranty on this chair and the defective seat would not be replaced. I purchased a chair that lasted less than six months. I am very unhappy with the product and unhappy that Target refused to stand behind this low quality, defective product. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHAIR!!!!
