Good Spring Camping Tent, May 24, 2007 I bought this bag knowing the May nighttime temperatures in the North GA area would be hovering around the mid to upper 30's. I brought an extra Hudson Bay 5-stripe blanket just in case but I didn't need it. I placed the bag over an air mattress in a tent. I actually started out sleeping between the black liner and the outer shell but the temp dropped and I woke up a little cold. As soon as I realized I wasn't in properly, I made the correction and slept comfortably warm the rest of the night. Material is soft and the layers are a good idea to be able to adjust for temp changes. Plenty of room for my 5'6' 140 lb frame. I recommend this for tent camping and the zipped canvas case is a bonus.
