IT'S GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!, April 24, 2009 This set was sold out at the first 4 closest Targets near my house & the one I got it from now only has one left. It's a very good work out DVD. I absolutely love it! Make sure you watch the videos first before you excerise :] If you get this set, it will come with a squishy ball. The ball is used in some of the excerises. You'll just need to buy dumbells and a mat and you are ready to go! I have nothing bad to say about this workout DVD. I'm still sore from my last workout. Seriously buy it, it's so so so worth it!
