The granddaddy of Humidifiers!, March 6, 2009 I'd been suffering from a cold/congestion that set off my asthma big time. After 4 weeks of not getting better we tried everything possible to get well. The doctor recommended humidifed air. Getting up the first morning after using this unit for only one night I had a marked improvement with my condition. After a few nights things continued to improve. I've now had this humidifer for two weeks and I can tell you I've never seen a unit put out such a volume amount of humidified air in such a short period of time. We chose to use distilled water for the shear output and zero maintain required on the unit. Simply the best and any cost...this unit rocks!
