Be Careful With These!, May 28, 2009 I have been using these weights for about 1 1/2 years. The weights are great - very easy to use and you can easily add weight as you need to. When I first purchased these weights, they came apart while working out. I easily returned them to Target and they replaced them. Then again recently, they came apart while working out with the weights falling on me. What I found is that the screw on the end loosens and the entire end of the weight set falls off. Make sure that you check this periodically to be sure it's tight!
