The best most versatile pizza pan made!, January 22, 2009 I have had 4 of these pans for years and they are workhorses. Whether you bake pizza from scratch or reheat the frozen variety, this is the pan to use. I also bake bread and rolls on these pans. They are easy to clean and the non-stick coating stays put if you make an attempt to care for it. The dark coating also absorbs more heat which helps brown the crust. Yes it's large and it's not a cutting board. Most people learn that metal pans do not make good cutting boards before they go to college. #1 it ruins the pan, and #2 it ruins the cutting utensil. For those that haven't learned, may I suggest flexible cutting boards. They are easy to store, easy to clean and they are cheap. Enjoy.
