Works great with tons of uses!, March 21, 2008 Terrific little machine that I use for everything from cleaning Mini blinds, tile, ceiling fans, ect, to injecting steam into my oven for baking French bread.(Yeah it really works) Easy maneuverability and takes up little room in the cleaning closet. Bought two so I have one just for bathroom fixtures (Bowl included). Nice thing is cleans so well and no odor of strong cleaning chemicals left behind. Other than a little pine-sol I chose to use. Would strongly recommend.

Buy at your own risk!, March 21, 2008 Horrible. I actually paid more than advertised and expected quality. Looks nice and seemed well constructed with one flaw But a big one. The cross metal bracket that holds the sliding action for the legs is held together with two small screws that popped out of their poorly placed location upon a couple of times of opening and closing. For a seemingly nice piece they should have thought this out better. The bracket will not and doesn't support the weight or action. Result (A BROKEN UN USEABLE NICE LOOKING PIECE OF [JUNK])!

It isn't worth the space it takes to store it, February 26, 2008 Too much work and maintenance. Very slow cleaning. It does steam away bad spots but you could get the same effect with your steam iron and a paper towel in a lot less time and work. Leaves a lot of water and does not dry as quick as suggested. Maneuverability is horrible, like a workout at the gym. The cleaning head spins around on its own with no control as you use it fighting the path you chose to take, and the little diaper that fits over it is ridiculous. Basically you had better have a fairly clean floor before you use this piece of c---. Constantly tripping over the cord that's not retractable. Item will not stand by itself and continually falls over. Not well balanced. You have to clean the head with a paper clip and buy distilled water for use. Unlike a mop that will pick up a few crumbs left behind after sweeping this thing won't. Not even a single strand of hair I missed while sweeping. You have to empty and dry for storage between uses. I'm Back to my mop and bucket. Easier to use and less hassle. And less work! Upside is if you don't mind the struggle and the time it doesn't use chemicals or cleaning fluids. The price was OK for what it is but I'll probably give it away. For me it isn't worth the space it takes to store it!
