Awsome Bike for the price, July 19, 2008 I just purchased this bike after much research and found it is a very well built bike in it's price class.I've been to the bike shops and the prices (with fewer selections) are much higher for a comparable bike. I did, however read all the reviews and found them helpfull in my final decision. True the seat is bad (so are the $400 ones), and did need some adjustment. I would have prefered to purchace it in the box and assemble it myself but Target assembles them all. If you don't have the comfort level to tune and adjust your own bike, buy it at a pro shop not at a box store and pay more or have a pro tune it. I found mine needed very little and the average bike rider could handle it. After adjusting it (handle bars, seat, air and brakes) which need to be done to the rider anyway, I took it for a 5 mile ride. What and awsome bike. Shifted great, great gear range and a very comfy upright riding position,up hill, down hill, flat, very nice! Just needs a better seat( the Bell Gel seat Target sells which I have from my old bike, is just the ticket) like the other reviews mentioned, but I tried the one on the bike to see for myself and they are right! My butt said, Nooooo! So there ya go. Best [money] I ever spent on a bike and would recommend it to anyone looking to get a good bike for a fair price!
