Country Lane Vintage White 5-Drawer Chest

I like it just fine. It does what it needs to do., May 21, 2006 I put it together, using wood glue like one of the other reviewers suggested. It went very quick with no real problems. It's sturdy, just don't move it without taking the drawers out. The legs will hold as long as you pick it up and don't try "scooting" it across the floor. I bought this with the matching dresser for our bedroom and I like it just fine.

Sturdy, but don't move it!, May 21, 2006 I put this together by myself, but it took a while. LOTS of little pieces. It really is a great piece, but once we positioned it, filled it with stuff and used it for a year, we moved it and the leg fell off. Because it's particle board, you can't fix it back without the fix being very noticeible. Oh well. Live and learn. Once you get it situated, don't move it without emptying very drawer and shelf. Pick it up, don't scoot it, and place it back down very carefully. If you take care, the piece will last as long as you want it to.

Great fryer for the money!, May 20, 2006 My wife gave me this for Christmas and I'm really glad she did. I've been wanting to try frying a turkey. The instructions are clear. Clean-up is easy and it comes with enough "stuff" that it makes frying a breeze.
