 Again, not disappointed with Target's Riedel Vivant!, March 15, 2006
Right in line with my previous review of the Riedel Vivant Red Wine Glasses, these water glasses are beautiful! Target shipped them to me very quickly, and they were packaged extremely well. Thank you. Like another reviewer stated, the Vivant collection isn't quite the same quality of Riedel's Vinum, but then I don't feel like I have to "save" these for a special occasion. Now I can treat myself to Riedel every day. Such high quality for the price. My only peeve is that I didn't buy 12 (instead of 8) while they were on sale!

Riedel Vivant Red Wine Glasses 5 STARS!, March 11, 2006
I have coveted Riedel stemware forever. But they are so expensive and fragile, so not very practical for me. But when Target came out with the Vivant Collection, I decided to splurge and treat myself! This collection has NO LEAD, which to some may be a downfall, but not to me. You'd never know it by looking at them, and they are more substantial than the other collections I've loved in the past from Riedel. Nice big bowl, enough room at the top to put your nose in and smell the bouquet. I love that "Riedel" is etched into the base. I can't decide whether to get the White Wine Stems, or the Water Glasses next! I hope to have a complete set of these soon. Excellent stemware from an excellent stemware designer. A great value for your money.
