I'm impressed, October 12, 2006 Having never made a cup of espresso before, I was worried about how messy or difficult it might be. But I was desperate for anything that would make decaf taste decent. I was amazed at how easy it is to use and how wonderful even decaf tastes now.
It took making a couple test batches to get the measuring and the process down, and the frother takes a little experimenting to get the timing and technique right, but after one day I'm doing a darn good job of it.
I love this machine. It appears very sturdy, well made, well designed and takes up even less room than my old Mr. Coffee drip machine. And it's pretty fast! The instructions say it could take up to two minutes, but a single cup of espresso takes much less time than that. I'm really pleased with my first venture into homemade espresso. This is a nice little machine, and does a great job for the price!
