Amazing Hold but Bad Fragrance, November 15, 2008 This hairspray lives up to the hype in terms of unbelievable hold and resilience. Hair doesn't crunch. It just bounces back. Your style is touchable and voluminous but lasting. And, it holds my bangs in place without making them look shellacked and overdone. However, the smell takes some getting used to. I can't say that, after two weeks, I have gotten used to it yet. But the performance makes it worth it. Still, there are times when I get a whiff of myself and think, "is there an old lady in the room???" I was so impressed with the product that I bought cans for my two sisters and brother's girlfriend. 2 out of 3 could not stand the smell and had to return the product to me. L'OREAL: PLEASE MAKE US AN UNSCENTED VERSION! I pledge to you my undying support and advocacy in return.
