OUTSTANDING Product, October 8, 2007 This unit performs exceptionally well. This shampooer is easy to use, and is surprisingly quiet. Water extraction is excellent. I really like the fact that I can stay clean when using this unit; even when emptying the dirty water receptacle. I STRONGLY recommend this unit -- It is even better that my old 'green machine' -- something I had NOT expected with an upright unit!
