Each DVD (with the exception of live from LA) will have your body throbbing at first but will sculpt your body after continuous use. I also suggest getting the additional Rockin Abs and Rockin Buns Amped dvds.
Post is misleading, June 26, 2008 First of all, the item did not come with a lanyard as shown, it came with a cheap clear belt clip. Additionally the shipping on this was almost as much as the item. It arrived in a big bulky box, mostly stuff with padding (although it couldve been easily sent in an envelope!) i can't really say how well the product ranked as I did not bother to even open it....it looked very cheap in the packaging. I will be returning. Don't waste your money on this! Love Target the store, [...]...I will never order from here again!
