I hate UPS, September 1, 2009 Yeah, my bowls arrived smashed. The plates arrived just fine, but I had to take the bowls to the store, get a gift card in that amount, and risk another brilliant fiasco with UPS, because who else can deliver them?
I was a little bummed to not be able to get the whole set, but it wasn't all available. Still I love the color and the crackle look. They're beautiful! But next time, just give me the address of the factory and I'll pick 'em up myself!
