Leaked everywhere!, January 27, 2009 Within 10 minutes the entire water tower leaked all over my floor! I followed the directions, but it kept leaking. Don't waste your money!

Would review if I ever got it!!!, December 16, 2008 I was looking forward to my new humidifier.... I ordered it on Nov 23 and I am still waiting for it on Dec 16! I called customer service and it seems it is lost in transit and they said they could refund my money when it is returned to them... after stating how stupid that is... they said they will refund me. Good thing this was not a X-mas gift!!
