Great but....., June 18, 2009 Pros---CHEAP! And cast iron is a great cooking medium.
CONS--HEAVY! Heavier than Le Creuset. "Pebbly" surface hard to clean. And this is my ignorance--DON"T use anything acidic in this (or any other) cast iron) pot. It corrodes it, and is impossible to clean out.
