Reliable, February 20, 2008 This portable air conditioner is very powerful. We bought this unit because we have hot spots in our rooms, which our central air system can’t seem to beat the heat. We feel this is economical way to solve the problems and which it did. This is a self-evaporated which reduces the need to manually empty water from the air conditioner. We used this unit almost all year round because it has cooling, heating and filter to clean the air.
