= Durability = Fun = Educational = Overall A blast from the past, July 30, 2006 I used to play this game as a kid back in the early 70's and I used to love it. We would "call" our games as the ball rolled around and we'd "shoot" the ball with the flippers. "It's Dr. J. down the lane". "Kareem Jabbar for two!". "John Havlicek from the middle". Something recently reminded me of this game, so I figured I'd find it somewhere online. Lo and behold there it was so I got it for me and my 8-year old son to play. Of course now it's "LeBron James for 3!", and "Dwayne Wade pulls up from the free throw line!". Even though my son is of the Playstation generation, he still enjoyed the game (as well as his friends). I think they like the chance to use their imagination (what a concept, huh? :-) instead of seeing every image laid out for them. Great toy!
