Got a Sexy Pucker, Mother, June 16, 2008 I purchased this lip plumper while searching for something else at my local Target. One of the "impulse buys".
It does work for me but not to the extent of what packaging says. Am i disappointed with that...No. It does sting and tingle but more like the feeling of licking the little drips of hot sauce you get on your lips when eating mexican food. The tingle reminds of of those that come with the beginning of a cold sore and that makes me a little nervous...
Overall, is it worth the price-Yes. Does it do the job-Yes, but only on a small scale.
Down side is it is extremely sticky
Up Side is it smells heavenly!!!
