this product is great, April 5, 2009 okay as usual when you first buy any type of audio device it freezes up well it only froze up on me twice but other than that it is a great product the reset button is easy i have like 818 songs on it and it takes 1 hour to chrage it and the album covers show nice and clear but this product is worth it at the end and i only have 24m's left so im about to use it up soon i encourage u to buy this product

this product is okay, April 5, 2009 okay i have this product in pink it is cute and the price is very decent but the only thing i dislike about this product is that it freezes up alot and im stuck having to take the battery out. the worst thing about it is i only had it for at least two and a half weeks and the batteriy last for at least a day depending on how much you txt and how much you open and close it but this product is okay for its price
