not easy, October 1, 2009 This drawer changer is a nice color, good size for what we need. With that said, it took about 4-5 hours to put together and we did not finish. The parts were not labeled so that took extra time to figure out what goes where. We are missing a drawer because there was an extra side panel for the right side, so not able to finish. Once done it is sturdy, but not easy to put together. Next time I think I will spend the money to buy something already put together if possible.
