I love it!, November 24, 2008 I've been using these kinds of dryer/stylers for at least 10+ years. I just ordered two more so if something happens to my everyday one -- and I do mean Every Day -- I have a backup. I could never seem to get comfortable with a round brush and blow dryer, so I don't know what I'd do without this. It saved my sister after shoulder surgery, and me when I broke my arm.
One suggestion: it's not great on very wet hair. Towel-dry your hair and then wait a few minutes until it's on the way to being dry. The results are better that way.
