Garbage, November 15, 2008 Product worked alright for about 2 years until the power button suddenly collapsed within the body and wouldn't shut off until I took a screwdriver to it. As mentioned by other reviewers, this product leaves much to be desired in terms of quality, and I expected much more from a brand like Norelco. The head always fell off and the plastic attachments were useless as they broke the moment I took them off the shaver. Shaving with this thing became more of a hassle than a convenience. I'd stay away.
