NO COMPLAINTS!, February 22, 2008 This toaster oven is fantastic! It is good for everything from pizza to baked chicken or fish...and toast, of course. I use it for anything i would use a regular oven for, and it is great since i don't need to use a huge gas-guzzling oven to cook dinner for only my husband and i. Plus it doesn't take long at all to heat up to the desired temperature! The only thing i don't use it for is baking, but that's only because my bakepans that won't fit inside it. I absolutely love this...and you will too!

BEST can opener EVER!, February 22, 2008 I have had no problems whatsoever with this can opener. It opens cans perfectly every time and never skips at all. It takes very little effort to use. I've had this for about a year and it still works as good as the first time! I highly recommend this product! You won't be disappointed!

KitchenAid 4-pc. Culinary Utensil Set - Black
 |
|
LOVE these!, February 22, 2008 These are probably the best utensils i've ever had. They don't melt with regular pan/pot contact, and they have held up well in the dishwasher and with regular use. To everyone who says the heavy handles are an issue when you leave them in a pan...well you're not even really supposed to leave your utensils in the pot or pan unless your hand is attached to them! - that's what utensil rests are for!

J.A. Henckels International Fine Edge Synergy 15-pc. Block Set

Sharp knives..., February 22, 2008 These knives are pretty good at staying sharp and they do cut very well. My only issue is that the large straight-edge knife is not long enough height-wise to fit your fingers under the handle. So if you're trying to dice something, you're best bet is to use another knife.

Purty Goooood, February 22, 2008 This blender can blend ANYTHING! I usually use it for pina coladas and other frozen drinks. Works best if i use the "crushed" ice option from my fridge ice maker, but does work well even if i use whole ice. Blends everything smooth and does so quickly, without leaving chunks of ice in your drink.
Yes, it is noisy, but it IS crushing ice, people...you really expect it to crush ice quietly?
My only complaint is that there are no speed control settings...but not really an issue if all you're going to use it for is frozen beverages.
All in all...best blender i've ever had. Highly recommend it!

Good-looking toaster..., February 22, 2008 And that's about the only good thing about it. Despite what the product description tells you, this toaster has two settings: warm or burnt. If you put it below 2, you will barely have warm toast. If you put it at three, you will have black-burnt toast. There's no setting at which this toaster works well. Unless you are going to sit there hovering over your toast the entire time, don't but this. I've bought way cheaper toasters that worked WAY better. This was a complete waste of money, except for its kitchen decor factor.

KitchenAid Silicone-Tipped Tongs - Black

Best tongs EVER, February 22, 2008 These tongs work great! The silicone ends assure that you'll never have to worry about melting (as you do with plastic tongs) and you'll never have to worry about scratching your teflon pots/pans (as with metal tongs). Also the locking latch makes for easy storage, as you don't have these tongs popping open in the draw or utensil holder. I can't think of anything i'd change about these!

Only one complaint, February 22, 2008 This food processor works amazingly! I've used it many times now and it's still working as well as the first time. My only issue with it is that it only has an on/off switch (i.e. you can't control the speed).

Room for improvement, February 22, 2008 This brush works well, as far as getting undercoat fur out, but it either needs to be bigger or longer. It would literally take me at least an hour to brush each of my black lab/boxer dogs enough for it to make a difference. I ended up tossing this brush out, as I just don't have the time to sit there and brush each dog for such a long time. I suppose if i were patient enough to sit there for 2+ hrs, this brush would do wonders.
