Great Product, July 24, 2008 We use this product and it works great. We are able to watch TV all evening long with TV ears. We charge it every night, you have to ensure that the "ears" are sitting in the recharging cradle properly, if its off a little bit it won't charge. There is a light that shows it's charging so you know if that's not on to move the ears a tad.
