great pillow, April 9, 2007 I have used a sobakawa pillow for the last 4 yrs and cannot use any other and get a good nights sleep any more. At first it seemed hard and of course noisy, with the buck wheat shifting around, but now, I just lay down, move it around a little to get it just like I like it, then I'm off to a great nights sleep. I literally take this pillow every where I go and I travel around quite a bit. I do admit it takes a few days to get used to, but I love it and plan not to use any other again.
