The Worst Excuse for an Air Conditioner, August 11, 2009 This was my worst impulse buy of all time. This "Swamp Cooler" blows warm air around. Even if you add ice (?) like the instructions call for, there is still no cool air flowing. I wouldn't even call it a fan. The power settings are unbelievably weak.
Worst buy of all time. Thank god I can return it.
