First, let me start by saying that delivery took extremely long and that should not be . I needed something to help my son keep his room neat and tidy and I thought that this would help. It helped for about a minute. The concept of this unit is grand; however, it is not holding up to the demands of what it claims it can hold. I have a 19 inch TV, a VCR, GameCube, Nintendo 64, 10 VHS tapes and a few gamecube games and the unit is leaning to the side. The drawers are not closing like they should. I don't like the idea of having to drill nails straight through the plastic shelves in order to connect them to the sides of the unit. The plastic is the only thing that is sturdy, but, what good does that do you when the assembled unit is weak when it is holding the very things it was meant to hold. I have to return this to the store. It is just not worth the money I paid for it.

Do not waste your time or money by purchasing this item. The unit is extremely unstable and poorly constructed. The bottom drawers only remain able to stay in the grooves for a short period while remaining very difficult to close and operate. I'm extremely sorry I purchased this item.
