With my first child, I had access at my work to the most expensive Medela electric pump around. I was nervous to buy something other than Medela this next time around but since I am not working anymore & on a budget, I decided to purchase the miPump. I am so pleasently surprised with this pump!!! I have had this pump for almost 3 weeks now & have had no problems. The actual pump is so small and discreet for anywhere pumping. I have used the double pump attachment that came with it a couple time, but it's easier for me to just pump individual sides. I can get about 3-4 oz on one side in less than 10 mins! I start off on the slowest suction and then only ease into the next highest and I get that much milk out! And, it doesn't hurt! ( As long as you are doing it right). What I have learned is the more you nurse & pump, the more milk you produce and the more milk you will pump out! This pump works great and I am very satisfied with it. The only downfall or negative thing I can say is the attachment for pumping both at the same time is that it is a little awkward. And, you have to keep it real steady for the breast suctions to stay put. But, my expensive Medela double pump I used didn't even come with an attachment (that I knew of) so the attachment is better than nothing!

I bought this pump just to have a pump that I could use at my job when I went back to work. However, after the first day, I stopped using the expensive pump....you know the one I'm talking about! This pump is so much more economical and easier to transport, set up, break down than the other expensive pumps that are supposed to be the best. As soon as I started using it, I was pumping 2 more ounces each time than that other pump I had! The flanges are much more comfortable because they are a flexible plastic....you don't need different sizes. The tote is pretty cute and looks like a handbag, not a giant briefcase that screams "I'm pumping!!!" Using the batteries is also very easy when you are somewhere w/out an outlet, like the car! After using for 2 months at least 4 times a day, the miPump started acting up. It was suctioning intermittently. So I called Learning Curve/first years and told them I had bought the pump two months prior, that I still had the receipt, and what the problem was. I also let the rep hear it because you could definitely hear the difference. Anyway, this was on a Friday and she said she would send me a new pump (beacuse it seemed like this one had a short) and I would receive in 5-10 business days. I actually received in the following Tuesday.....a whole new complete set!! I was just expecting the pump part. So, long story short - I think this is a fantastic pump and I had a great customer service experience. I have been recommending it to all of my expecting friends!

I really love this pump. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I've always gotten great results. I definitely recommend this pump to anyone. I also love the bag that comes with it because no one knows that I'm carrying a pump.

I guess everyone is different, but this pump worked for me. Part of making it work is being in the right mind set too. The pump can't do all the work, the Mom has to do her part too by relaxing and letting the milk flow. Anyhow I liked this pump because it does allow you to multi task with the single handle and the quiet pump. It also has quite a few levels of intensity for the pump so I never turn it all the way up to the maximum setting. I could see that causing some people pain if they expect the pump to do all the work. I also wait to use the pump until my body is ready to let the milk down. This pump is great for the working woman who wants the best for her baby!

I was so stressed out about not having the money to buy a pump, then I came across this one! I was skeptical because of the reviews but decided to buy it anyway, and I am glad I did! I used this pump in the hospital and everyday since then and it works great!! I was scared it would hurt but it is very comfortable! Very easy to use and clean! I would definitely recommend buying this pump.
